Registration
How to register: Click on the registration tab at the top of the page. Fill out the required fields with your information (required fields are denoted with red star). Once you have completed filling the required fields, you must accept the terms of the auction. Once you have clicked this box you must click ‘Submit Registration Form’. Once you have done this, an email will be sent to you with your bidder number, password and personal information that will be kept on file for MyBidMN. This bidder number and password must be used each time you log into the site, so make sure you keep this email..
Inspection
Inspection times and locations will be posted on the auction Home page. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items (if they so choose??) prior to bidding.
Bidding
Bidding will begin and end at the times stated on the auction Home page. Unlike other auction software such as eBay, MyBidMN uses a soft close. This means that if there is a bid placed on a certain item in the last five minutes, the bidding will be extended an extra three minutes in order to give the competing bidder a chance. This extended bidding will continue until there is no action on that item for five minutes. After five minutes of no action, the item will close.
MyBidMN has a helpful tool known as max bid. Any user can place a max bid on an item and the software will automatically bid for you until you are either the high bidder or your max bid has been outbid by another user. This tool will not automatically jump to your highest bid, but instead bid the next increment up to ensure you are the high bidder. The software will continue to do this until you have won the item or your max bid has been outbid.
If you are outbid by another user, MyBidMN will send you an email notifying you that you have been outbid.

Invoicing and Payment
If you won an item or items, MyBidMN will send you an invoice via email with your total bill. This invoice will include pickup location, time and acceptable forms of payment.
Pick-up
Pick-up times and dates will be provided on the auction Home page and auction invoices. Buyers are responsible for safe and timely removal of items. Any items that are not removed during the allotted time will be considered abandoned by the high bidder. MyBidMN reserves the right to dispose of these items according to its discretion.
